Earrings must be removed and it would be helpful if this was done at home before Tuesday. Girls should wear a one piece costume and long hair should be tied back. Boys should wear a pair of swimming trunks. Swimming goggles may be worn.

Jewellery - Only stud earrings should be worn in school. These should be removed on PE days and for sports after school clubs.

Water bottles and snacks - Please encourage your child to bring a water bottle to school each day and some fruit or yogurt for snack time in the afternoon. Please write your child's name on their water bottles.

Reading books - To follow our Covid 19 procedures books are now returned to school each Friday and new books are sent home the following Monday; this gives us time to quarantine them over the weekend. To help your child with their learning your child should be reading at home at least 3 times per week and their reading record signed by an adult, these are checked regularly in school.

Our Key Stage 2 children also take part in Reading Bingo. They receive a number for their bingo card each time they read; 30 reads will complete their card and they receive a Reading Bingo prize.

Homework - Spelling and maths homework will be given out on Fridays and is due back by the following Thursday.
